Robust reference tracking and Load rejection on Non-linear system using Controllers

DC-DC converters form a class of highly nonlinear systems and are widely used in most practical applications. Positive Output Elementary Luo Converter (POELC) is fourth-order converter to regulate dc voltages low power applications with varying input voltage load conditions. POELC employed for sensitive like SMPS, powering hard disks etc. The control higher-order always challenging task due the nature these converters. Hence development an optimal controller proposed this paper. methods investigated transient steady-state performances considering operating controllers designed, simulated performance various evaluated MATLAB/Simulink environment. PI exhibits better linear region whereas, region, time variance switching nature. To minimize sensitivity external disturbances improve stability margins, LQR designed output POELC. result shows that well-designed feedback can stabilize system enhances its terms Integral Absolute Error (IAE), Square (ISE).
